Thanks for using our website's products and services ("Services"). The Services are owned and operated by Kemit Security, doing business as KemitVPN™, a United States limited liability company registered in Texas.

KemitVPN™ reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service as needed. We will make every effort to alert users about changes by email or by posting a notice in the client area. However, the company cannot be held liable for failure to notify. Using the Services after changes become effective means you agree to the new Terms. If you don't agree, you must stop using the Services. If we do not hear from you within ten days, the revised Terms will apply to you.

• "Terms" / "Agreement" — refers to these Terms of Service.
• "us," "we," "our," "the company" — refers to Kemit Security, doing business as KemitVPN™.
• "you," "User" — refers to the user of the Website and/or Services.
• "Services" — all services offered by us including VPN services, servers, IPs, protocols, software, mobile applications, and other services under the KemitVPN brand.
• "Website" — the websites at www.KemitVPN.com, support.KemitVPN.com, billing.KemitVPN.com, my.KemitVPN.com, my.manaaccount.com, manaaccount.com, and any other URLs added in the future.
• "Business" — a business that utilizes our Services. You and your business are collectively referred to as "you" in these Terms.
• "Dispute" — any claim, conflict, or controversy between the Parties arising out of or related to these Terms, including any action in tort, contract, breach, or enforcement.
• "Material Breach" — any breach of these Terms, giving KemitVPN the right to immediately terminate the agreement.
• "Billing Cycle" — the payment cycle for your account, including the payment reaching us, account validity period, and expiration date.

By using our Services, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully — they constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the company.

When you use our VPN Services — including servers, routers, IP addresses, protocols, software, and applications — you authorize us to transmit information using our network and you agree to accept these Terms. Continued use of our Services after any change in Terms means you agree to the updated Terms.

If you are using our Services for a business, on behalf of a business, or in association with a business, your agreement to these Terms constitutes an agreement by that business. The business agrees to hold harmless and indemnify KemitVPN and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit, or action arising from use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

When you register for an account, you are responsible for:

• Providing current and accurate information at the time of registration.
• All activity on your account, whether or not you authorized it.
• Using the account in compliance with KemitVPN's Fair Usage policy. We do not cap bandwidth, but automated sessions that impersonate bots, excessive load that disrupts other users, substantially excessive bandwidth usage, or more than 300 automated connections per day are considered unfair usage and may result in suspension or termination.
• Keeping your login credentials confidential. Sharing login information with others is strictly prohibited.
• Not selling, trading, or transferring your account to any other person or entity without our permission.
• Immediately notifying Kemit Security of any breach or unauthorized use of your account.

Service Fees

Use of the Website is free. Access to the VPN Services is subject to applicable Service Fees, charged automatically at account creation and then according to your Billing Cycle.

Promotions & Discounts

KemitVPN regularly offers promotions and discounts. A user currently benefiting from a promotion is disqualified from simultaneously availing another promotion. A user cannot apply the same promotion twice on one account.

Contact us anytime at [email protected] or via live chat on the website. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 2 business days (48 business hours). We also provide remote technical assistance with your prior permission.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Services at any time by contacting live chat or emailing [email protected].

Age Restriction

You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you confirmed this during account registration. Use of the Services by minors is expressly prohibited.

To protect our Services from misuse, the following activities are prohibited for all users. We reserve the right to terminate any account in violation.

You specifically agree not to use our Services to:

• Transmit illegal material that constitutes a criminal offense under local, state, national, or international law.
• Send spam, scan ports, or operate open proxies or open relays.
• Serve pop-up advertisements.
• Attack or interfere with any other computer or network.
• Transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or objectionable.
• Harm, threaten, stalk, or harass any person or business.
• Manipulate headers or forge identifiers to disguise the origin of content.
• Engage in unauthorized advertising or marketing activities.
• Transmit software viruses or malicious code.
• Harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate against any individual or group.
• Violate any international, federal, state, or local regulations.
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights.
• Access, share, upload, or download illegal content, including child pornography. Any account found involved will be suspended immediately without notice.
• Create excessive automated connections in violation of the Fair Usage policy in Section 0.1.4. Maximum allowed sessions are 300 per day; exceeding this may result in suspension or termination.
• Collect or track the personal information of others.
• Spam, phish, spider, crawl, or scrape.
• Interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Website or Services.

If you are found in violation of our Terms, we may terminate your account. The company reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or delete these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting.
• Modify or discontinue any aspect of the Website or Services, including content, pricing, server availability, protocols, and features.
• Terminate or limit any user account for any reason at our sole discretion.
• Introduce new charges or conditions for use of the Service.
• Request identity verification at any time. Failure to provide sufficient proof may result in account termination. Accounts terminated for failure to verify identity are not eligible for a refund under the Refund Policy in Section 1.0.0.
• Terminate your account if you fail to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Require password changes if we believe your password is no longer secure.

Ownership

The Website and Services are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to us or our licensors. All materials — including text, images, graphics, video, and audio — are protected by copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any materials without our written permission. Requests may be submitted to [email protected].

Proprietary Software

Our VPN Services may require you to install our proprietary software. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or charge others to use our software. Some updates may be critical to service functionality and mandatory to install.

Limited License

Upon registration, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable license to use our Services for personal, private, non-commercial activities. Reselling our Services or allowing others to use your account is prohibited.

Feedback

By submitting feedback, suggestions, or ideas to us, you grant KemitVPN a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such feedback for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.

We may display third-party advertisements on our Website. Any dealings between you and third-party advertisers are solely between you and that third party. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from such dealings.

We may also provide access to third-party tools on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. Your use of such tools is entirely at your own risk. Third-party links on our Website may direct you to sites we do not control or endorse. We are not liable for any harm or damages arising from third-party products or services.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold KemitVPN and its affiliates, officers, and agents harmless from all claims, suits, and expenses — including attorneys' fees — arising from your use of the Services, your breach of this Agreement, or the unauthorized use of the Services by any person using your account information.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first provide us written notice and a 30-day period to resolve the issue. If unresolved, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration conducted in Texas and governed by the substantive laws of the State of Texas. The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, or enforceability of this agreement.

International Transfer

By using the Website or Services, you consent to your information being collected, used, and transferred as set forth in these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Data protection laws in other countries may not be as comprehensive as those in your own country.

Waiver

Any waiver of a right under these Terms is only effective if agreed to in writing. A delay or non-exercise of a right shall not be deemed a waiver.

Force Majeure

We shall not be bound to meet any obligation if prevented from doing so as a consequence of force majeure, including acts of God, government measures, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, or breakdown of public utilities.

Severability

If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original, and the remainder of this Agreement will continue in effect.

Relationship of the Parties

The Parties are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between them.

The effective date of these Terms is October 25, 2019. From time to time, we may update these Terms by posting a notice on the Website or by contacting you at the email address provided upon registration. We encourage you to review them periodically. These Terms were last revised on May 11, 2026.

We will first attempt to resolve your issue before processing the refund request. If you prefer an immediate refund without further troubleshooting, simply say so and we will process it right away. For auto-recurring customers, auto-renewal can be changed or cancelled at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or through your client area. This guarantee does not apply to accounts excluded under Section 1.0.3.

To file for a refund, send an email to [email protected] or open a live chat from the email address on your account. Please include why you would like a refund.

KemitVPN is committed to processing valid refund requests within 24 hours. Payments may take up to 30 days to appear in your account depending on your bank, card, or payment provider.

This refund policy does not apply to the following accounts:

• Accounts terminated for failure to verify identity, as described in Section 0.1.7.
• Accounts terminated for violation of the Prohibited Uses in Section 0.1.6 or any other Terms of Service violation.
• Accounts issued for special purposes.

Additionally, some payment methods do not support refunds:

• Google Play Store purchases
• Apple App Store purchases

These payment methods are clearly marked as "non-refundable" during checkout. This Refund Policy is subject to all KemitVPN Terms and Conditions.
